This is a long-term opportunity working directly with a General Contractor and supporting underground utility construction.

- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Schedule: 6 days / 10-hour shifts
- Project Duration: Long-term
- Employment: Full-time, W-2
- Pay: Weekly W-2 pay
- Overtime: Overtime paid after 40 hours
Requirements- BCSP certification required
- Previous Lead Safety Professional experience
- Experience supporting underground utilities preferred
- Data center, heavy construction, or industrial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities- Provide daily safety leadership and oversight on a large-scale data center project
- Support underground utility construction activities
- Conduct site inspections and safety observations
- Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Lead toolbox talks, JHAs, and safety meetings
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance
- Support incident reporting and investigations
- Partner with the GC and project leadership to maintain a safe work environment
