Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.

Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to event/program requirements, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.

Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding confidentiality, and safety.

Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.

Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.

The second major component of this role will be Highspot Administrator for the company:
  • Administer and maintain the Highspot platform, including Spots, permissions, user roles, and content organization
  • Configure platform settings, templates, scores, and workflows to align with business needs
  • Manage integrations with Salesforce (SFDC), Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise tools
  • Support upgrades, releases, and new feature adoption
  • Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and best practices
  • Monitor adoption metrics and drive initiatives to improve engagement and usage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting
  • Identify opportunities to optimize platform usage, processes, and content strategy
  • Stay current with Highspot best practices, features, and roadmap
  • Drive enhancements that improve seller productivity and reduce friction in the sales process

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Event Management, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience administering Highspot (or similar enablement platforms such as Seismic or Showpad)
  • Detailed oriented, experience in organizing complex events, excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and data insights
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
