The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experiencedGFE Property Manager, Journeymanto support Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability and property management operations across the Indo-Pacific. The GFE Property Manager, Journeyman serves as CACI's government property professional responsible for managing the receipt, accountability, utilization, inventory, maintenance coordination, transfer, and disposition of Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Property (GFP) supporting logistics, facilities, mission support, training, and operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Property Management Lead, this position ensures Government property is managedin accordance withFederal regulations, contractual requirements, and Department of Defense property accountability standards.

The GFE Property Manager works closely with Government Property Administrators, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), logistics personnel, warehouse managers, supply specialists, maintenance personnel, subcontractors, and mission partners to maintain accurate property records, coordinate inventories, support audits, and ensure full lifecycle accountability of Government assets across geographically dispersed locations. This position contributes to successful program execution by protecting Government assets,maintainingproperty accountability, and ensuring compliance with contractual property management requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP) throughout the asset lifecycle from receipt through final disposition.

  • Maintainaccurateproperty accountability recordsin accordance withcontractual requirements and Federal property regulations.

  • Receive, inspect, tag, record, issue, transfer, inventory, and dispose of Government property.

  • Coordinate physical inventories, cyclic inventories, and wall-to-wall inventories while reconciling inventory discrepancies.

  • Maintain property records, hand receipts, custody documentation, and asset accountability files.

  • Coordinate property transfers between program locations, subcontractors, and Government organizations.

  • Monitor equipmentutilizationand coordinate maintenance, repair, replacement, and calibration activities asrequired.

  • Support Government Property Administrators during property reviews, audits, and compliance inspections.

  • Investigate and document lost, damaged, destroyed, or stolen (LDD&S) Government propertyin accordance withestablished procedures.

  • Ensure proper identification, marking, storage, handling, and safeguarding of Government assets.

  • Prepare property reports, inventory summaries, and asset accountability metrics for Government and program leadership.

  • Coordinate withlogistics, supply, warehouse, procurement, and finance personnel tomaintainaccurateproperty accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), company policies, and contractual property management requirements.

  • Maintain property management documentation, standard operating procedures, and audit support records.

  • Promote accountability, stewardship, and continuous process improvement to enhance Government property management.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Government property management, supply accountability,logistics, warehouse operations, or asset management for Government or Department of Defense programs.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations is preferred.

  • Experience managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFP), or Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).

  • Experience conducting inventories,maintainingproperty accountability records, and supporting Government property audits.

  • Working knowledge of Federal property management regulations, FAR Part 45, DFARS property requirements, and Government property accountability principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate property accountability activities across multiple organizations whilemaintainingaccuraterecords and regulatory compliance.

Desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Experienceutilizingproperty accountability systems such as DPAS, GCSS-Army, DPSS, Navy ERP, Air Force ILS-S,AssetSmart, Maximo, SAP,DeltekCostpoint, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent Government property management systems.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA), National Property Management Association (NPMA) certifications, Certified ProfessionalLogistician (CPL), or equivalent property management certifications are preferred.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving OCONUSlogistics, deployed operations, or Special Operations Forces is highly desirable.

  • Experience supporting Government property managementin accordance withFAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245, and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) property management requirements is highly desirable.
