Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations including Good Faith exams and treatment plans
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient charting
E-prescribe medications as part of treatment plans
Prioritize patient safety at all times

Acknowledge and resolve mistakes to improve skills
Work availability required on Fri/Sat, with options for PT or FT schedules

Full Job Description
Hourly Range: $55-$75/hour
Requirements
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good Faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting.
E-Prescribing medications if indicated as part of the treatment plan.
Prioritize patient safety above all else.
Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
Must be available Fri/Sat
If interested in PT: Fri+Sat +1 weekday set schedule
If interested in FT: Fri+Sat +3 weekdays
