À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Agir à titre de représentant du service à la clientèle de première ligne en offrant un soutien après-vente complet aux clients et aux opérations dans un environnement de réparation de composants de moteurs.
  • Représenter P&WC à titre de principal point de contact pour les clients et collaborer avec de nombreuses équipes au sein de la chaîne de valeur (p. ex. ITC, informatique, qualité, opérations, ingénierie, garantie, chaîne d'approvisionnement, finances, ventes et SIOP).
  • Comprendre et interpréter les besoins des clients afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont satisfaits, tout en respectant les objectifs d'affaires et en développant des relations solides et durables.
  • Contribuer à la fidélisation de la clientèle dans un marché concurrentiel et à l'amélioration des résultats liés à l'AMF.
  • Gérer les comptes clients et collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing d'ACS (Aérospatiale).
  • Préparer et coordonner tous les aspects des visites clients, y compris, sans s'y limiter, les revues de contrats et les réunions d'affaires trimestrielles du DOF.
  • Négocier de façon autonome des enjeux complexes.
  • Gérer des projets de taille et de portée moyennes.
  • Démontrer une excellente capacité à extraire, analyser et interpréter les données.
  • Agir à titre de point focal pour la conformité ITC.
  • Exécuter les transactions nécessitant des connaissances en commerce international, en contrôle des exportations, en réglementation, en informatique et en finances, conformément aux exigences de Transports Canada.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en gestion, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avec un baccalauréat ou de 5 ans d'expérience avec une maîtrise.
  • Connaissance des moteurs P&WC, de leurs composants et du marché secondaire (atout).
  • Connaissance de SAP, de la réparation de composants et du commerce international/contrôle des exportations (atout).
  • Grande autonomie et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle ainsi que de solides compétences en communication.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Act as a frontline Customer Service representative, providing comprehensive aftermarket support to customers and operations within an engine component repair environment.
  • Represent P&WC as the primary customer point of contact and collaborate with numerous teams across the value stream (e.g., ITC, Information Technology, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and SIOP).
  • Understand and interpret customer requirements to ensure their needs are met while balancing business objectives and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Contribute to customer retention in a competitive marketplace and support the achievement of AMF performance objectives.
  • Manage customer accounts and work closely with ACS (Aerospace) Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Prepare and coordinate all aspects of customer visits, including but not limited to contract reviews and quarterly DOF business review meetings.
  • Independently negotiate and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage projects of moderate size and scope.
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in data extraction, analysis, and interpretation
  • Serve as the focal point for ITC compliance.
  • Execute transactions requiring knowledge of international trade, export controls, regulatory requirements, information systems, and financial processes, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.


What do you need to be successful?

Although this position is within a French-speaking work environment, it requires a strong command of English to read and understand technical documentation and terminology from international organizations on a daily basis, as well as to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide.
