Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire senior, Services de gestion des commandes pour diriger la livraison de solutions technologiques soutenant des opérations critiques à haut volume.

Ce rôle est responsable de la livraison réussie des initiatives priorisées par l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que les résultats soient livrés dans les délais, dans les budgets établis et alignés sur les normes de qualité, de sécurité et de fiabilité de l'organisation. Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger la livraison de bout en bout des initiatives technologiques prioritaires en respectant la portée, les échéanciers et les budgets

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Order Management Services to lead the delivery of technology solutions supporting critical, high-volume business operations.

This role is accountable for the successful delivery of business-prioritized initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to enterprise standards for quality, security, and reliability. Operating within a structured Agile (SAFe) environment, this leader partners closely with Product Management and Program leadership to translate priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.

This position plays a key role in maintaining and evolving mission-critical platforms that enable core business processes and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery execution for business-prioritized technology initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Partner with Product Management to clarify requirements, priorities, and success criteria
  • Collaborate with Program Management to align on delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting
