Aperçu

Le ou la Gestionnaire senior en ingénierie, intégration des équipements, se joindra à la pratique de gestion de l'ingénierie au sein de l'Organisation des professionnels techniques (OPT) des Services d'ingénierie Canada. Cette personne jouera un rôle de premier plan dans la prestation des services d'ingénierie sur des projets de grande envergure et complexes (généralement des projets de classe 3 et 4) dans le portefeuille du marché de la Défence.

Relevant du directeur des opérations de la pratique de gestion de l'ingénierie, le ou la Gestionnaire senior en ingénierie, intégration des équipements fournira un leadership technique avancé dans la conception, l'évaluation et la gestion du cycle de vie des projets liés aux équipements et systèmes militaires. Vous soutiendrez la croissance du portefeuille Défence d'AtkinsRéalis Canada en collaborant étroitement avec des clients tels que les Forces armées canadiennes (FAC) et les partenaires de la défence afin de fournir nos services pour assurer la préparation opérationnelle, la sécurité et l'innovation en ingénierie des équipements.

Votre rôle

Expertise technique :
  • Diriger les évaluations d'ingénierie, les examens de conception et les évaluations de performance des équipements militaires, y compris les véhicules, les systèmes d'armes, les capteurs et les équipements de soutien.


Gestion du cycle de vie :
  • Superviser l'acquisition, l'intégration, l'entretien et la mise hors service des équipements de défence conformément aux politiques du MDN et aux normes de l'OTAN.


Soutien en ingénierie :

À propos de vous

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en génie mécanique, électrique, aérospatial ou des systèmes.
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie des équipements, dont au moins 5 ans dans un contexte militaire ou de défence.
  • Désignation d'ingénieur(e) professionnel(le) (P.Eng.) au Canada.
  • Expérience en approvisionnement de défence, essais d'équipements et évaluations des risques techniques.
  • Admissibilité à une cote de sécurité Secret (niveau II) ou Très secret (niveau III).
  • Connaissance des Ordres techniques des Forces canadiennes (OTFC), des STANAG de l'OTAN et des cadres d'ingénierie du MDN.
  • Expérience avec des outils d'ingénierie numérique (ex. : CAO, PLM, MEF).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en mobilisation des parties prenantes.

Overview

The Senior Equipment Integration Specialist will join the Engineering Management practice within the Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada. The Senior Equipment Integration Specialist will play a lead role in the delivery of Engineering Services on large and complex projects (generally Class 3 & 4 projects) within the Defence market portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Operations of the Engineering Management practice, the Senior Equipment Integration Specialist will provide advanced technical leadership in the design, evaluation, and lifecycle management of projects related to military equipment and systems. You will support the growth of the Defence Portfolio within AtkinsRéalis Canada by working closely with such clients as Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and defence partners to provide our services in support of ensuring operational readiness, safety, and innovation in equipment engineering.

Your role

Technical Expertise:
  • Lead engineering assessments, design reviews, and performance evaluations of military equipment including vehicles, weapons systems, sensors, and support equipment.


Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the acquisition, integration, maintenance, and disposal of defence equipment in accordance with DND policies and NATO standards.


Engineering Support:
  • Provide expert input on equipment specifications, testing protocols, and failure analysis.


Project Leadership:
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams on equipment modernization and sustainment projects.


Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with Canadian defence regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.


Stakeholder Collaboration:
