Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à St-Hubert et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

RÉSUMÉ DES TCHES:

  • Créer et maintenir des solides relations d'affaires avec les clients et potentiels pour le territoire géographique (Amérique du Nord);
  • Atteindre les quotas de vente établis, préparer et maintenir des prévisions de ventes pour l'organisation;
  • Faire des démonstrations sur l'utilisation et les caractéristiques des produits incluant tous nos nouveaux services;
  • Travailler activement avec le groupe de développement des affaires, PpH ainsi que le personnel de nos usines;
  • Préparer des propositions long terme, soumissions et diverses rapports;
  • Résoudre les problèmes et les questions des clients de manière appropriée;
  • Communiquer les idées pour le développement de produits;
  • Participer à l'élaboration de plans de vente stratégique;
  • Visiter les clients et les salons commerciaux, au besoin.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
  • Détenir un baccalauréat en Administration ou en Aéronautique avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience
  • Professional autonome, enthousiaste du monde des affaires et une façon de pensée évolutive
  • Capable d'établir des relations d'affaires positives dans un environnement de vente à long cycle
  • Compréhension de l'entreprise globale et des aspects contractuels de la vente (approbation de crédit, ententes de livraison)
  • Excellentes compétences de négociation, de résolution de problème et de présentation, tout en ayant une grande capacité d'analyse afin de développer des solutions gagnantes pour tous
  • Habileté de diriger ses efforts de vente et l'opportunité de fermeture est essentielle
  • Habileté de développer le territoire
  • Voyagement fréquent
  • Bonnes connaissances de travail de l'industrie de l'aéronautique est un atout.


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
  • Create and maintain solid business connections with the customers and potential customers for an assigned geographical territory (North America);
  • Reach the established sales quotas, prepare and maintain forecasts of sales for the organization;
  • Make demonstrations on the use and the characteristics of the products and all of our new PCS services;
  • Work closely with business development team, marketing, PpH Group and engine shop managers and sales team with respect to engine services
  • Prepare LTAs, tenders and various reports/ratios;
  • Solve the problems and the questions of the customers in a suitable way;
  • Communicate the ideas for the development of products;
  • Take part in the development of plans of strategic sale;
  • Visit customers and attend trade shows as needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Aeronautics with 6 to 10 years experience.
  • Professional autonomy and business enthusiast and evolving mindset
  • Possess self-motivation, team oriented and positive attitude
  • Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business
  • Understanding of general business/contractual aspects of sales (including general contract clauses, credit approvals, delivery agreements);
  • Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions
  • Ability to lead the sales effort and opportunity closure is essential
  • Ability to develop territory, strong computer skills
  • Frequent Travel
  • Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable.
  • Aircraft airframe and Engine OEM account management and/or sales experience is a plus

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
