Ce que ce poste implique :

Le Gestionnaire principal(e) de propriété assurera la supervision stratégique et opérationnelle d'un portefeuille d'actifs majeurs comprenant Centre Eaton de Montréal, Place Montréal Trust et Le 1500. En étroite collaboration avec la Directrice, avec les équipes d'exploitation ainsi que les propriétaires institutionnels, ce rôle contribue directement à la performance financière, à l'optimisation des actifs et à l'excellence de l'expérience locataire et client.

Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations, la supervision des équipes, l'encadrement de dossiers complexes ainsi que la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'affaires alignées avec les objectifs de JLL et des propriétaires. Le poste requiert un haut niveau d'autonomie, de leadership, de jugement stratégique et de capacité à gérer des actifs à fort volume et à forte visibilité.

  • Diriger l'élaboration et le contrôle des budgets d'exploitation et de dépenses en capital en collaboration avec les équipes internes, en assurant l'optimisation de la performance financière et opérationnelle des actifs
  • Superviser l'ensemble des programmes liés à l'exploitation des propriétés afin d'assurer des standards élevés en matière de qualité d'actifs, de service à la clientèle, de durabilité, de gestion environnementale, d'efficacité énergétique et de gestion des mesures d'urgence
  • Veiller au respect des obligations contractuelles et réglementaires, incluant les clauses des baux, les politiques internes, les procédures d'immeuble et les standards opérationnels de JLL
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à maximiser les revenus, optimiser le NOI et contribuer à la création de valeur à long terme pour les propriétaires
  • Superviser la gestion des comptes recevables et payables, assurer le maintien de relations stratégiques avec les locataires et intervenir dans les dossiers sensibles ou complexes nécessitant un haut niveau de négociation et de jugement
  • Agir à titre de partenaire stratégique auprès des propriétaires institutionnels, participer aux rencontres exécutives et assurer la présentation de recommandations liées à la performance des actifs, aux investissements et aux opportunités d'optimisation
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de location, marketing, construction et exploitation afin de soutenir les initiatives de repositionnement, de redéveloppement et d'amélioration continue des propriétés
  • Superviser, mobiliser, développer et accompagner les membres de l'équipe sous sa responsabilité, assurer la gestion de la performance et contribuer au développement des talents et des meilleures pratiques opérationnelles
  • Assurer la coordination et le suivi de projets majeurs liés aux actifs, incluant les projets d'amélioration, de modernisation, etc.


Qualifications requises :
  • Diplôme universitaire en administration, gestion immobilière ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de sept (7) années d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion immobilière commerciale comprenant des actifs complexes ou à forte envergure
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais*
  • Solides compétences en leadership, gestion d'équipe, négociation et gestion des relations avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse financière, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision dans un environnement complexe et en évolution rapide

Senior Property Manager - JLL

What this role involves:

The Senior Property Manager will provide strategic and operational oversight for a portfolio of major assets including Centre Eaton de Montréal, Place Montréal Trust and Le 1500. Working closely with the General Manager, operations teams and institutional ownership groups, this role directly contributes to financial performance, asset optimization and the overall tenant experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of operations, team leadership, oversight of complex matters and the implementation of business strategies aligned with JLL's and ownership's objectives. This position requires a high level of autonomy, leadership, strategic judgment and the ability to manage high-profile, high-volume assets.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead the preparation and oversight of operating and capital expenditure budgets in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring the optimization of the assets' financial and operational performance
  • Oversee all property operations programs to ensure high standards related to asset quality, customer service, sustainability, environmental management, energy efficiency and emergency preparedness
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, including lease provisions, internal policies, building procedures and JLL operational standards
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue, optimizing NOI and contributing to long-term value creation for ownership
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable management, maintain strategic tenant relationships and intervene in sensitive or complex matters requiring a high level of negotiation and judgment
  • Act as a strategic partner to institutional owners, participate in executive meetings and present recommendations related to asset performance, investments and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with leasing, marketing, construction and operations teams to support repositioning initiatives, redevelopment projects and continuous asset improvement
  • Supervise, mentor, develop and support team members under their responsibility, ensure performance management and contribute to talent development and operational best practices
  • Coordinate and oversee major asset-related projects, including improvement, modernization and other strategic initiatives


Required qualifications:
  • University degree in administration, real estate management or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial property management involving complex or large-scale assets
