Relevant du Directeur Général du Centre de Fabrication de Longueuil, en tant que gestionnaire du MED outillages et services vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion globale de la production d'un ensemble de départements de fabrication de pièces moteurs et de services. Vous devrez naviguer dans un environnement technologique de pointe comprenant des procédés de fabrication tels l'usinage, la soudure, les traitements de surface et la vérification de la qualité. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement hautement performant, ferez face à des défis tel que l'augmentation de notre capacité et devrez faire preuve d'adaptabilité.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Diriger une équipe de gestionnaires dans l'exécution des opérations quotidiennes des pièces de développement, outillages ainsi que l'équipe de magasinier en tenant compte du plan défini, des priorités et des ressources disponibles.
  • Assurer l'application des politiques de santé & sécurité, d'environnement ainsi que le contrôle des risques en améliorant les pratiques de travail.
  • Fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction concernant l'état des projets, les livraisons et les enjeux opérationnels et être capable de démontrer de la proactivité dans la gestion des priorités du département.
  • Assurer la livraison à temps de l'ensemble des produits de votre portefolio et coordonner au besoin avec les clients internes.
  • Voir à la planification et l'allocation des ressources et des matériaux pour une utilisation maximale des équipements de fabrication et du personnel.
  • Gérer les relations de travail en lien avec le secteur d'activités.
  • Gérer un budget opérationnel et voir à l'atteinte des objectifs en termes d'efficacité et de productivité.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des opérations manufacturières et optimiser les processus.
  • Encadrer, motiver et développer les membres de votre équipe
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (qualité, productivité, rendement, etc.) et appliquer les mesures et solutions appropriées

Job title: Multi-Level Manager/ MED - Tooling and services

Joining our team means having the opportunity to lead a group of first-level managers and highly skilled operators. Reporting to the General Manager of the Longueuil Manufacturing Center, as the Manager of the MED Tooling and Services, you will be responsible for the overall production management of a set of engine parts manufacturing and service departments. You will navigate a cutting-edge technological environment that includes manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, surface treatments, and quality inspection. You will work in a high-performance environment, face challenges such as increasing our capacity, and will need to demonstrate adaptability.

This position is located at our Longueuil facility from Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
