Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Logistique hautement motivé pour diriger les flux de matériel et l’engagement client sur notre site d’assemblage de moteurs d’avion. Relevant du gestionnaire logistique du réseau du Centre des moteurs, ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer le mouvement fluide des pièces et des modules provenant de différents sites de stockage avancé (FSL) vers une chaîne d’assemblage à flux mixte, tout en soutenant les livraisons à temps et la satisfaction client.

Le candidat idéal est un excellent communicateur et un habile résolveur de problèmes, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et multidisciplinaire, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes des opérations, de l’ingénierie, de la qualité, de la planification et des achats, ainsi qu’avec les clients internes.

Le poste est basé à Longueuil, du lundi au vendredi, et s’effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera ton quotidien ?

  • Agir à titre de principal point de liaison entre le site d’assemblage, les différentes disciplines internes et les clients internes.
  • Soutenir les revues clients et fournir une visibilité claire sur l’état des livraisons, les risques et les plans de redressement.
  • Assurer le flux de matériel de bout en bout, des FSL jusqu’à la ligne d’assemblage à flux mixte, afin de respecter les calendriers de production et les engagements de livraison.
  • Surveiller et gérer la performance logistique, y compris les expéditions des fournisseurs, les niveaux d’inventaire et l’efficacité du transport.
  • Diriger les rencontres de coordination quotidiennes afin d’aligner la production, la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les exigences clients.
  • Résoudre les goulots d’étranglement logistiques et atténuer de manière proactive les risques liés aux livraisons à temps.
  • Piloter des initiatives d’amélioration continue en planification des matériaux, opérations d’entreposage et processus logistiques.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité, réglementaires et de qualité dans toutes les activités logistiques.

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Baccalauréat en chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • 10 ans et plus d’expérience en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou gestion des opérations, idéalement dans l’aéronautique ou des environnements d’assemblage complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de planification des matériaux (ERP/MRP) et des meilleures pratiques logistiques.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler avec plusieurs disciplines et partenaires/clients externes.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, en résolution de problèmes et en communication avec les clients.
  • Une expérience en principes de fabrication Lean et en environnement d’assemblage à flux mixte est un atout.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre des instructions spécialisées, des plans, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et parfois communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title:Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Logistics Manager to lead material flow and customer engagement at our aircraft engine assembly site. Reporting to the Engine Center Network Logistics Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the seamless movement of parts and modules from various Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) into a mixed-model flow assembly line, supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Procurement, as well as internal customers.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, and is exclusively on-site.
