Titre du poste: Gestionnaire en ingénierie de fabrication

Le candidat sera rattaché à l'équipe de direction de l'ingénierie de fabrication et jouera un rôle clé dans la production de composants fiables et fabriquables pour des programmes industriels majeurs, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et de conception. La mission de l'équipe est de renforcer les solutions de fabrication depuis le développement initial jusqu'à la production, offrant une exposition à une grande variété de processus et de produits. Ce qui rend cette équipe unique, c'est sa vision complète de la fabrication et sa forte culture de partage des connaissances et d'amélioration continue. Ce poste en présentiel est idéal pour un candidat ambitieux souhaitant devenir un spécialiste reconnu à l'échelle de l'entreprise dans la fabrication de matériel de turbomachinerie, depuis la matière première jusqu'au produit fini.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Soutien aux équipes interdisciplinaires (IPT) des nouveaux programmes et aux activités de transition internationale (re-sourcing) pour optimiser les coûts et la fabricabilité de divers composants de moteurs de turbomachinerie.
  • Support aux clients tels que les programmes moteurs, Campus 1/41, PWR, PWK, SPWAEC, PWM (producteurs internes), ainsi qu'à la gestion des approvisionnements.
  • Pilotage et application des standards de fabricabilité pour les revues de préparation à la production, les événements 3P, les Passports, MRL, RLPM, ESA et les projets de transition.
  • Lien entre l'ingénierie, les producteurs internes et les fournisseurs.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

Qualifications requises :
  • DEC minimum en génie mécanique, aérospatial ou en automatisation.
  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Baccalauréat en génie.


Qualifications souhaitées :
  • Expérience démontrée et appliquée en fabrication de composants PWC.
  • Connaissance du processus ESA.
  • Compétences en fabrication et/ou en inspection.
  • Maîtrise fonctionnelle de SAP.
  • Expérience en gestion de l'assurance qualité.
  • Connaissance de CATIA et Polyworks.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'investigation qualité (PPAP, SPC, cliniques qualité, Pareto, diagrammes d'Ishikawa, analyse des arbres de défaillance).
  • Expérience IPT (Integrated Product Team) et connaissance du processus de transition (re-sourcing) de PWC.


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Functions include support to new program IPTs and international transitions (re-sourcing) activities for cost/producibility on various turbomachinery engine components.
  • Ensure support to customers such as engine programs, Campus 1/41, PWR, PWK, SPWAEC, PWM (internal producers), supply management.
  • Lead and apply producibility standard work for production readiness reviews, 3P events, Passports, MRL, RLPM, ESA & transition projects.
  • Link between engineering and internal producers and suppliers).

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
