Titre du poste : Gestionnaire en entreposage - Qualité et logistique

Relevant du gestionnaire principal de l'entreposage, le titulaire du poste est responsable de maintenir des standards élevés de qualité et de conformité dans l'ensemble des activités d'entreposage à travers un réseau logistique complexe et dynamique. Il agit comme expert en matière de qualité de l'entreposage, assure la gestion de la performance qualité des fournisseurs et contribue à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • Assurer le maintien des normes de qualité élevées et de la conformité globale pour toutes les activités d'entreposage de P&WC au sein d'un réseau logistique complexe et en constante évolution.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs d'entreposage ainsi que leur conformité et leur performance qualité.


  • Agir avec diligence et rapidité afin de résoudre les problèmes affectant les opérations et les installations de production de P&WC.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de projets logistiques.
  • Développer et maintenir un solide réseau de partenaires internes afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients internes.
  • Réaliser les analyses logistiques et présenter les résultats ainsi que les recommandations à la direction.
  • Agir à titre d'expert en matière de procédures qualité de P&WC liées à l'entreposage.
  • Documenter et enquêter sur les non-conformités et les écarts de qualité.
  • Réaliser des audits internes ainsi que des audits de surveillance.
  • Réviser et approuver les instructions de travail des fournisseurs de services logistiques (FSL).
  • Soutenir les cliniques qualité et les activités d'amélioration continue avec les fournisseurs.
  • Collaborer avec les clients internes et assurer les communications relatives aux enjeux de qualité (écarts d'expédition, dommages, non-respect des processus, etc.).
  • Extraire, analyser et interpréter les données afin de soutenir les enquêtes, les analyses de causes et les initiatives d'amélioration.
  • Réviser les instructions de travail afin de s'assurer qu'elles respectent les exigences de P&WC.
  • Identifier les problèmes de qualité récurrents, en analyser les causes et recommander des solutions durables.
  • Formuler et mettre en œuvre des recommandations visant l'amélioration des processus et de la qualité opérationnelle.
  • Agir à titre de personne ressource pour le contrôle à l'exportation au niveau des opérations d'entreposage.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un réseau logistique complexe et/ou formation de niveau supérieur pertinente.
  • Connaissance du système SAP, un atout.


  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à extraire, analyser et interpréter des données
  • Leadership démontré et fort sens de l'urgence.

Job title : Manager, Warehousing Quality and Logistics

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Warehousing, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across all warehousing activities within a complex and dynamic logistics network. They serve as the subject matter expert for warehouse quality, oversee suppliers' quality performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Maintain high standards of quality and overall compliance across all Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) warehousing activities within a complex and evolving logistics network.


  • Manage relationships with warehousing service providers, including oversight of their quality performance and compliance.


  • Respond promptly and effectively to resolve issues impacting P&WC operations and production facilities.


  • Support the implementation of logistics projects.


  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to effectively meet the needs of internal customers.


  • Conduct a variety of logistics analyses and present findings and recommendations to management.


  • Serve as the subject matter expert on P&WC warehouse quality procedures.


  • Document, investigate, and resolve non-conformances and quality deviations.


  • Perform internal audits and surveillance audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.


  • Review and approve work instructions developed by Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).


  • Support quality clinics and continuous improvement initiatives with logistics service providers.


  • Collaborate with internal customers and communicate on quality-related issues, including shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and process non-compliance.


  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Review work instructions to ensure compliance with P&WC quality requirements.


  • Identify recurring quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend sustainable corrective actions.


  • Develop and implement recommendations to improve operational processes and overall quality performance.


  • Serve as the warehousing operations focal point for Export Control compliance.
