Au sein de GE Vernova et Grid Solutions, le groupe de livraison de produits FACTS (PDG) est entièrement responsable de la calculation des coûts (ITO) et de la fourniture (OTR) de solutions intégrées FACTS à l'échelle mondiale. À ce titre, elle possède sa force d'appel d'offres, ses opérations, sa R&D et sa gestion de produit. Elle bénéficie d'un portefeuille complet de solutions/produits pour proposer des options de compensation de la puissance réactive électrique aux opérateurs de réseau, aux TSO, aux développeurs...

Le portefeuille GE FACTS est le plus complet du marché et il est composé de FSC, de condenseurs synchrones, de SVC et de STATCOM. Pour laquelle GE occupe soit un poste de leader sur le marché / produit, soit un poste de prétendant principal.

Un plan global de croissance a été élaboré, axé soit sur des progrès techniques, soit sur l'exploration/acquisitions de marché pour atteindre nos objectifs de croissance. Pour appuyer cela, notre intensité commerciale dans le domaine de l'électronique de puissance (STATCOM/SVC) est d'une importance capitale; nous engageons un gestionnaire d'appel d'offres pour diriger notre proposition technique.

Responsabilités essentielles
  • Responsable de diriger l'équipe technique de FACTS pour trouver la meilleure solution pour nos clients.
  • Coûter l'ensemble de la solution selon la stratégie d'exécution et commerciale définie.
  • Définissez la stratégie technique d'exécution avec l'équipe technique et opérationnelle.
  • Soutenir et interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'entreprise (équipes d'opérations commerciales, finances, juridiques et de gestion des comptes) pour soutenir la stratégie commerciale approuvée pour la transaction.
  • Coordonner tous les aspects du développement de l'appel d'offres au sein du PDG et des régions concernées durant la phase de la demande à la commande (ITO), y compris le développement des propositions, la gestion des risques et le plan d'atténuation.
  • Assurez-vous que les offres/Solutions Grid de GE sont adaptées aux exigences des clients et pleinement conformes à la gouvernance de l'entreprise.
  • Passez par le processus d'approbation pour approuver la transaction et soumettre l'offre.
  • Prêts à gagner, défiez le " statu quo " pour trouver la meilleure solution technique pour le client.
  • Assurez-vous que la remise est proprement remise à l'équipe d'exécution (OTR).


Qualifications/Exigences
  • Ce poste exige une expérience avancée en matière d'appel d'offres et de propositions. Le niveau de connaissances est comparable à celui d'un baccalauréat d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou d'un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente).
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des solutions ou les appels d'offres Turnkey pour la transmission ou le marché FACTS.
  • Capacité à structurer des solutions créatives pour soutenir les clients, négocier des contrats et traiter efficacement avec des clients et partenaires divers. Expérience avec la révision des spécifications clients, les modalités et l'élaboration d'une proposition.
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite. Capacité démontrée à analyser et résoudre des problèmes. Capacité à documenter, planifier et exécuter des programmes. Compétences établies en gestion de projet.
  • Je parle couramment l'anglais écrit et parlé.

Role Summary/Purpose

Within GE Vernova and Grid Solutions, the FACTS Product Delivery Group (PDG) is fully accountable for costing (ITO) and providing (OTR) integrated FACTS solutions worldwide. As such, it owns its tendering force, operations, R&D and product management. It benefits from a complete portfolio of solutions/products to propose electrical reactive power compensations options to Grid Operators, TSOs, Developers...

GE FACTS portfolio is the most complete of the marketplace and it is composed of FSC, Synchronous Condensers, SVC and STATCOM. For which GE holds either a market / product leadership positions or a main contender position.

An overall growth plan has been elaborated focusing on either technical leapfrogs or market exploration/acquisitions to reach our growth objectives. To support it, our commercial intensity in the Power Electronics (STATCOM/SVC) area is of paramount importance, we are hiring a Tendering Manager to lead our technical proposal.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Responsible to Lead the FACTS Technical team to find the best solution for our customers.
  • Cost the entire solution according to the Execution and Commercial Strategy defined.
  • Define the execution technical strategy with Technical and Operation Team.
  • Support and interacting with all stakeholders of the company (Commercial Operation, Finance, Legal and Account Management teams) to support the commercial strategy approved for the deal.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the bid development within PDG and involved Regions during inquiry-to-order phase (ITO), including proposal development, risk management & mitigation plan.
  • Ensure that the offers/GE's Grid Solutions are appropriate to the requirements of the customers and in full compliance with the company governance.
  • Go through the Approval Process to approve the deal and submit the offer.
  • Willing to win, challenge the "Status Quo" to find the best technical solution to the customer.
  • Ensure clean hand off over to the execution team (OTR).


Qualifications/Requirements
  • This role requires advanced experience in the Tendering & Proposals. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • At least 2 years' experience in Solution Business or Turnkey's Tenders for Transmission or FACTS market.
  • Ability to structure creative solutions to support customers, negotiate contracts, and deal effectively with diverse customers and partners. Experience with customer specification review, Terms & Conditions a proposal development.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $98,400.00 and $164,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
