JLL recherche actuellement un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique pour le poste de Gestionnaire de projets senior afin d'offrir un soutien fiable, ponctuel et professionnel à l'équipe canadienne de gestion de projets, en assistant dans les activités quotidiennes de gestion de projet. Le poste consiste à collaborer avec un groupe diversifié d'intervenants internes et externes à tous les échelons de l'organisation. Le candidat retenu devra faire preuve d'un jugement autonome pour planifier, prioriser et organiser une charge de travail variée. La personne sélectionnée aura la responsabilité d'assurer une supervision de haut niveau sur les projets clients assignés par JLL, de fournir un service client d'excellence, d'assurer une gestion exemplaire des équipes, de contribuer à la croissance de JLL et de développer continuellement ses compétences professionnelles et personnelles.

  • Gérer et soutenir plusieurs projets et responsables de projets dans diverses phases de développement et sur plusieurs projets et mandats afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs établis, incluant la rapidité, la qualité et le budget

  • Démontrer une compétence dans l'utilisation et l'application de toute la technologie PDS selon les besoins des projets attribués
  • Aider l'équipe PDS locale à atteindre les objectifs de marge brute ajustée (MBA) aux niveaux régional et national tels que déterminés annuellement par le Comité exécutif de gestion
  • Aider à la formation et au développement des membres de l'équipe JLL dans les compétences et la compréhension des procédures, méthodologies et pratiques de l'entreprise

Qualifications requises :
  • Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires, architecture, ingénierie ou gestion de projet
  • 7+ années d'expérience de travail pertinente, ou combinaison d'expérience de travail pertinente et d'éducation Une expérience dans l'immobilier commercial, l'architecture ou l'industrie de la construction est requise

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Canadian Project Team, assisting with the day to day project management activities. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. The selected candidate is expected to deliver senior level project management supervision over assigned JLL client projects, provide superior client service, provide superior employee management, contribute to the growth of JLL, and enhance own professional and personal skills.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage and support multiple projects and project executives in various phases of development and on multiple projects and assignments in order to meet and exceed established goals including speed, quality and budget
  • Primary focus is on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
  • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope
  • Proactively manage project related issues on accounts or assignments
  • Conduct and document all weekly project meetings
  • Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP's
  • Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation
  • Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions
  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects
  • Assist the Local PDS team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin (AGM) targets on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committee
  • Assist in training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education
  • Commercial real estate, architectural or construction industry experience is required
  • Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, and Scheduling in order to fully understand project implications based on minimal conceptual information
  • Must have an understanding of technical requirements for business relocation
  • Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team members
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is an asset

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 120,000.00 CAD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
