Titre du poste: Gestionnaire de programme - opérations après-marché

Le gestionnaire de programme - Opérations du marché secondaire, Libération moteur et gestion des niveaux de service est responsable de la performance de remise en service des moteurs (RTS), du respect des ententes de niveau de service (SLA) et des engagements opérationnels envers les clients. Ce rôle assure une coordination interfonctionnelle entre les Opérations, les pièces de rechange, la Qualité, les Finances et le Soutien à la clientèle afin de garantir la libération des moteurs en temps opportun, le respect des obligations contractuelles et la performance globale des activités MRO à l'échelle mondiale.

Le titulaire veille à l'alignement des niveaux de service dans l'ensemble du marché secondaire, tout en établissant et en exécutant des initiatives d'amélioration technique et de soutien commercial. Ce poste requiert une excellente collaboration, un fort leadership et une grande capacité à mobiliser des équipes multifonctionnelles. Il comprend également la conduite d'initiatives d'amélioration continue et un leadership global visant à optimiser la performance de la chaîne de valeur du marché secondaire.

Le poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles à Longueuil, et est exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

Responsabilité de la libération des moteurs (Engine Clearance)
  • Assumer la responsabilité complète du processus de libération des moteurs, de l'induction jusqu'à la remise au client.
  • Diriger les revues quotidiennes de libération et éliminer les blocages liés au matériel, aux aspects techniques ou à la qualité.
  • Prioriser les moteurs en fonction des engagements SLA, des situations AOG et de l'exposition aux revenus.
  • Réduire le temps de séjour des moteurs et le carnet de commandes en attente.


Résolution matérielle et chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Soutenir les plans de récupération de matériel pour les moteurs en attente en raison de pénuries.
  • Appuyer l'accélération des pièces critiques et des LLP.
  • Contribuer à la réduction des délais de libération causés par des contraintes fournisseurs ou logistiques.
  • Améliorer l'alignement des prévisions grâce à l'intégration au processus SIOP.


Coordination technique et ingénierie
  • Escalader les demandes de dispositions techniques et les approbations de schémas de réparation.
  • Assurer la conformité de configuration et l'intégration des bulletins de service.
  • Favoriser la résolution des approbations de déviation ayant un impact sur les délais de libération.


Gestion des niveaux de service et performance SLA
  • Assurer le respect des ententes contractuelles (TAT, OTD, temps de réponse AOG, taux de disponibilité des pièces).
  • Développer des tableaux de bord de performance au niveau moteur et client.
  • Diriger les revues de performance et les plans de redressement en cas de sous-performance.
  • Quantifier l'exposition financière liée aux écarts de performance ou aux crédits contractuels.
  • Réduire le fonds de roulement immobilisé dans les moteurs en cours (WIP).


Interface client et commerciale
  • Agir comme point de contact opérationnel principal pour les escalades clients.
  • Diriger ou soutenir les revues d'affaires trimestrielles (QBR).
  • Fournir une visibilité proactive sur le statut des moteurs.
  • Aligner les priorités opérationnelles avec la stratégie commerciale.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Engine Clearance Ownership
  • Own end-to-end engine clearance from induction to release.
  • Lead daily clearance reviews and remove material, technical, or quality blockers.
  • Prioritize engines based on SLA commitments, AOG impact, and revenue exposure.
  • Drive reduction of engine dwell time and backlog.


Material & Supply Chain Resolution
  • Support material recovery plans for shortage-driven engine holds.
  • Support expediting of critical parts and LLPs.
  • Support reducing clearance delays caused by supplier or logistics constraints.
  • Improve forecast alignment through SIOP integration.


Technical & Engineering Coordination
  • Escalate engineering dispositions and repair scheme approvals.
  • Ensure configuration compliance and service bulletin embodiment.
  • Drive resolution of deviation approvals impacting release timelines.


Service Level Management & SLA Performance
  • Own compliance to contractual SLAs (TAT, OTD, AOG response, fill rate).
  • Develop engine and customer-level SLA dashboards.
  • Lead performance reviews and recovery plans for underperformance.
  • Quantify financial exposure related to missed SLAs or performance credits.
  • Reduce working capital tied up in WIP engines.


Customer & Commercial Interface
  • Serve as operational focal point for key customer escalations.
  • Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Provide proactive engine-level status transparency.
  • Align operational priorities with commercial strategy.
