Titre du poste: Gestionnaire de la planification et du contrôle de la production

L'organisation CFL (Centre manufacturier longueuil) est à la recherche d'une personne dynamique, créative et organisée qui souhaite contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires de P&WC par le biais de la planification et du contrôle de la production. Les mandats associés au poste sont variés, enrichissants et en lien avec divers départements chez P&WC. Si vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation, des qualités de leadership, de l'initiative, de l'autonomie ainsi que la passion pour la gestion, il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour vous.

Appuyé d'une solide équipe et collaborant avec divers groupes et partenaires dans l'organisation, vous serez responsable d'une équipe de planification de la production responsable de la planification et du contrôle de la production pour l'ensemble des activités du CFL.

Le poste inclus aussi le recrutement de nouvelles ressources ainsi que le développement et le mentorat nécessaire au maintien des compétences clés. Vous devrez vous assurer que les services fournis demeurent alignés avec la stratégie de la compagnie dans un contexte de constante transformation.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon l'horaire de jour à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents Gestionnaires des unités d'affaire (MLM) afin de mettre en places des stratégies visant à rencontrer la demandes clients et les objectifs d'affaires;
  • Assurer une planification efficace de la production pour l'ensemble des secteurs sous sa responsabilité afin d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaire du secteur;
  • Mettre en places des routines efficaces afin de maintenir la validité et la qualité de l'ensemble des données nécessaires a une bonne planification de la production;
  • Supporter l'équipe de planification de la production auprès des groupes support afin d'assurer une fluidité dans leurs travails;
  • Maintenir et développer une base de fournisseurs qui réponds à nos requis de qualité et d'efficacité afin de supporter nos opérations manufacturières;
  • S'assurer de la mise en place de stratégies par l'équipe de planification de la production pour rencontrer nos différents KPI pour la gestion de nos inventaires;
  • Poursuivre le suivi et le déploiement des initiatives de transformation ( CORE ) du département afin d'augmenter la stabilité et la qualité du travails effectuer par l'ensemble de l'équipe de planification de la production;
  • Mettre en place une structure afin de supporter le développement de chacun des membres de son équipe en plus de promouvoir une culture d'engagement et de collaboration;
  • Être une porte-parole et un ambassadeur des produits du CFL afin de faire rayonner l'organisation.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en administration ou un autre domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale, dont 3 ans en tant que gestionnaire;
  • Domaine d'études : Administration, Génie Industriel, Génie Mécanique, Gestion des opérations, Logistique, Supervision;
  • Connaissance en logistique, outils de planification et suivi de production;
  • Connaissances des concepts d'amélioration continue CORE (5S, lean manufacturing, tier-meetings, gamba walks, gestion visuelle, etc);
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft (Power Point / Excel / Word), SAP, Power BI;
  • Stimule le travail d'équipe en étant un communicateur efficace et engageant;
  • Être organisé et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément;
  • Aisance dans un environnement en constante évolution et avec des échéanciers serrés;
  • Comprendre les divers enjeux de production et avoir un sens de l'anticipation;
  • Être axé sur la qualité et les résultats, doit être motivé pour répondre aux exigences du client;
  • Sens éthique et sens de l'autonomie pour effectuer son travail sans supervision directe;
  • Disponible à voyager occasionnellement;
  • Bilinguisme anglais/français à l'oral et à l'écrit;

Job Title: Production Planning and Control Manager

The CFL (Centre manufacturier Longueuil) organization is looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual who is eager to contribute to P&WC's business objectives through production planning and control. The responsibilities associated with this position are diverse, rewarding, and involve collaboration with various departments across P&WC. If you have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, initiative, and autonomy, as well as a passion for management, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Supported by a strong team and collaborating with various groups and partners across the organization, you will be responsible for leading a production planning team that oversees production planning and control for all CFL activities.

The position also includes recruiting new team members, as well as providing the development and mentorship required to maintain key competencies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided remain aligned with the company's strategy in a constantly evolving environment.

This is a full-time day shift position from Monday to Friday based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What your day to day will look like?
  • Collaborate closely with the various Business Unit Managers (MLMs) to implement strategies aimed at meeting customer demand and business objectives;
  • Ensure effective production planning across all areas under your responsibility in order to achieve the sector's business objectives;
  • Implement effective routines to maintain the accuracy and quality of all data required for effective production planning;
  • Support the production planning team in its interactions with support functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
  • Maintain and develop a supplier base that meets our quality and efficiency requirements in order to support our manufacturing operations;
  • Ensure that the production planning team implements strategies to meet our various KPIs related to inventory management;
  • Continue to monitor and deploy the department's transformation initiatives (CORE) in order to increase the stability and quality of the work performed by the entire production planning team;
  • Establish a structure to support the development of each team member while promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration;
  • Act as a spokesperson and ambassador for CFL products to help promote and showcase the organization.


What do you need to be successful?

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, and Power BI;
