  • Assurer l’administration quotidienne des ententes clients avec rigueur et ponctualité.
  • Gérer les activités contractuelles, de la proposition jusqu’à l’exécution, les réclamations, la clôture et la période de garantie.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de réclamation, incluant avis, amendements et ordres de changement.
  • Définir et appliquer les exigences de transmission contractuelle (« flow‑down ») avec les équipes Juridique et Approvisionnement.
  • Soutenir les chargés de projet avec l’analyse contractuelle et la préparation des ordres de changement.
  • Surveiller les écarts et modifications afin de protéger et faire respecter les droits contractuels.
  • Coordonner avec le service juridique les réclamations majeures et recommander des solutions à des enjeux complexes.
  • Préparer les matrices de livrables contractuels et présenter les éléments clés lors des rencontres de lancement de projet.

Votre expérience

  • Baccalauréat requis; une formation juridique ou un Juris Doctor est un atout.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion contractuelle pour des projets EPC ou industriels comparables.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion des ordres de changement et des réclamations.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec une forte capacité de négociation dans les deux langues.
  • Excellentes compétences commerciales et communicationnelles, avec un état d’esprit proactif et axé solutions.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer les échéances et à performer sous pression.

Your background 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; legal background or JD is an asset. 
  • Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in EPC or comparable industrial projects. 
  • Proven success in change order and claims management. 
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong negotiation capability in both languages. 
  • Strong commercial and communication skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindset. 
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
