Gestionnaire de comptes clés, Unité d'affaires Animaux de compagnie - Santé animale Canada

Relevant du Directeur associé, Gestionnaire des ventes, Comptes clés et gestion des comptes à distance, le Gestionnaire de comptes clés est responsable de la gestion des comptes stratégiques assignés au sein de l'Unité d'affaires Animaux de compagnie. Ce rôle est axé sur le développement, la négociation et la croissance de relations à long terme ainsi que des occasions d'affaires liées à nos produits et services en santé animale.

Le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, notamment les Ventes, le Marketing et les Services vétérinaires, afin d'établir de solides relations avec les principaux décideurs et influenceurs. Il assurera des contacts réguliers avec les clients, développera une compréhension approfondie des comptes et mettra en œuvre des plans d'affaires à court et à long terme afin de renforcer notre réputation de partenaire d'affaires de confiance tout en maximisant les ventes et les parts de marché.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Mettre en œuvre le modèle de gestion des comptes clés au sein des comptes de l'Unité d'affaires Animaux de compagnie en favorisant l'engagement, la création de valeur, la fidélisation et la croissance des comptes.
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des clients et des comptes afin de renforcer les relations et de créer des propositions de valeur différenciées.
  • Établir de solides relations et conclure des ententes ainsi que des partenariats tant avec les comptes clés émergents qu'établis.
  • Coordonner et soutenir les activités liées aux commandites de comptes clés, aux congrès, aux initiatives promotionnelles et à d'autres projets associés aux comptes.
  • Développer des relations à plusieurs niveaux au sein des organisations clientes afin de renforcer l'engagement, d'améliorer l'accès aux comptes au niveau des cliniques et de favoriser une meilleure communication entre les clients et notre entreprise.
  • Fournir un soutien ciblé à l'équipe des ventes pour les comptes clés, notamment lors des visites clients, de la mise en œuvre de programmes à valeur ajoutée et de l'exécution des ententes commerciales.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes afin d'identifier des occasions d'affaires et des stratégies d'investissement démontrant la valeur du partenariat avec le client.
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d'affaires individuels des comptes clés en étroite collaboration avec les Directeurs régionaux des affaires, le Marketing et les Services vétérinaires.
  • Réaliser des analyses d'affaires et des revues de comptes au besoin, en fournissant des renseignements pertinents sur les ventes et le rendement, notamment les tendances de croissance, les taux d'occupation et la performance des cliniques.
  • Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient réalisées conformément au Code de conduite, aux valeurs et aux normes de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'aux politiques, procédures, normes de l'industrie et lois et règlements applicables.


Qualifications:

Expérience et compétences requises :
  • Baccalauréat en marketing, ventes, gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience solide en marketing et/ou en vente de produits de santé animale, ou expérience équivalente en gestion de comptes clés, formation, développement de stratégies ou mise en œuvre dans un secteur pertinent.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine des animaux de compagnie constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en négociation et solides compétences commerciales, avec la capacité d'identifier et de conclure des opportunités dans le cadre de négociations complexes de grande envergure.
  • Succès démontré en gestion de comptes, avec la capacité d'établir et de maintenir de solides relations avec les clients et d'exercer une influence à tous les niveaux.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration et à influencer des équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment en marketing, ventes, affaires réglementaires et affaires juridiques.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, avec la capacité d'interpréter les indicateurs d'affaires et d'utiliser efficacement Microsoft Excel et Word.

Key Account Manager, Companion Animal Business Unit - Animal Health Canada

Reporting to the Associate Director - Sales Manager, Key Accounts and Remote Account Management, the Key Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned key accounts within the Companion Animal Business Unit. This role focuses on developing, negotiating, and growing long-term relationships and sales opportunities for our Animal Health products and services.

The Key Account Manager will work collaboratively with the commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Veterinary Services, to build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers. The role will establish regular contact with customers, deepen account understanding, and execute both short- and long-term account plans to strengthen our reputation as a trusted business partner while maximizing sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the key account management model across Companion Animal Business Unit accounts by engaging, creating value, retaining, and growing accounts.
  • Develop deep customer understanding and account insights to enhance relationships and create differentiated value propositions.
  • Build strong relationships and drive agreements and partnerships across both emerging and established key accounts.
  • Coordinate and support tasks related to key account sponsorships, conferences, promotional activities, and other account initiatives.
  • Develop relationships across multiple levels within key account organizations to strengthen engagement, improve account access at clinic level, and enhance communication between customers and our company.
  • Provide the sales team with targeted support in key accounts, including sales calls, implementation of value-added programs, and support for account agreement execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and investment strategies that demonstrate the value of the partnership with the customer.
  • Execute individual key account plans in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers, Marketing, and Veterinary Services.
  • Conduct business analysis and account reviews as required, providing relevant sales and performance information such as growth trends, occupancy, and clinic performance.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct, Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or another related field.
  • Solid experience in marketing and/or sales of Animal Health products, or equivalent experience in key account management, training, strategy development, or execution in a relevant industry.
  • Experience in the Companion Animal business is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with the ability to identify and close opportunities in complex, large-scale negotiations.
  • Proven success in account management, with the ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Legal.
