  • Participer activement à la stratégie commerciale et événementielle pour toutes les visites en atelier, tout en collaborant avec l'équipe des opérations pour garantir que les commandes des clients respectent les dates d'engagement.
  • À partir des résultats d'inspection, déterminer les meilleures actions à entreprendre pour offrir une solution optimale à l'événement moteur spécifique, tout en répondant aux exigences du client.
  • Développer des relations durables avec les clients et renforcer la réputation de la station de réparation.
  • Suivre la satisfaction client et coordonner les actions correctives si nécessaire.
  • S'assurer que les exigences et attentes des clients sont bien communiquées aux représentants de l'installation avant l'entrée du moteur (ou d'un module moteur).
  • Veiller à ce que les obligations contractuelles soient comprises et respectées par les deux parties.
  • Assurer le lien avec les clients pour gérer les prévisions de visites d'atelier moteur sur une période de trois mois, y compris les besoins en moteurs de location, pour les événements planifiés et non planifiés.
  • Atteindre tous les indicateurs de performance (KPI) établis par le ROCS (conformité CRM, SNI, MFA, transfert des ventes, etc.).
  • Assiste l'équipe dans l'atteinte des résultats dans un environnement en constante évolution, en contribuant à la sélection, la formation et le soutien des membres, et en veillant à ce que les tâches soient accomplies pour respecter les engagements envers les clients
  • Préparer des analyses et des rapports, et utiliser les systèmes SAP et CRM.

Job Title: Customer Event Manager - ROCS (Repair and Overhaul Customer Solutions)

As an Event Manager, you will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers before, during, and after an engine service event. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while aligning with their expectations. Success in this role requires strong leadership, proactivity, and accountability, along with a deep understanding of customer needs. You must be able to thrive under pressure, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Additionally, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a structured, methodical approach will be key to excelling in this position. Your ability to positively influence stakeholders and drive service excellence will be critical in delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in St-Hubert, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Actively participate in the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits, while collaborating with the shop operations team to ensure customers' orders are on-track to meet commitment dates
  • Based on the results of the inspection, establish the best course of actions necessary to provide an optimum solution for the specific engine event while ensuring the customer demands are met
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and enhance the Repair Station's reputation
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate corrective actions when necessary
  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the facility's representatives in preparation for engine (or engine module) induction
  • Ensure contractual obligations are understood and are being met for both parties
  • Liaise with customers to manage a 3-month engine shop visit forecast, including rental engine requirements, for all scheduled and unscheduled shop events
  • Meet all ROCS KPIs developed (CRM compliance, SNI, MFA, Sales Handoff etc).
  • Assists the team in achieving results in a rapidly changing environment, while helping with the selection, training, and support of team members, and ensuring tasks are completed to meet customer commitments.
  • Prepare analyses and reports and handle SAP and CRM systems
  • Review quotes, cost estimates and scheduling time with customers and co-ordinate solutions to reduce cost and provide optimized commercial solutions for customer
  • Assist in analyzing and implementing incoming repair forecasts to optimize maintenance planning and operational efficiency
