En tant qu'analyste en prévision des moteurs, vous rendrez compte au directeur adjoint des programmes de maintenance des moteurs. Vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de modèles de prévision de maintenance pour les flottes de moteurs.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Travailler en collaboration avec une équipe diversifiée composée de responsables clientèle, d'analystes financiers et d'experts techniques en moteurs.
  • Utiliser des logiciels spécialisés pour générer des simulations de planification de maintenance pour des flottes de moteurs.
  • Découvrir notre gamme de moteurs et leurs stratégies de maintenance spécifiques.
  • Travailler avec des experts du secteur pour valider les résultats de vos modélisations.
  • Participer à des réunions quotidiennes avec vos collègues pour comprendre les besoins et affiner les objectifs.
  • Assurer la gestion des données d'entrée et des détails de la modélisation dans les outils de simulation.
  • Contribuer à la résolution de problèmes afin d'optimiser les résultats des modèles de maintenance.
  • Soutenir le développement des logiciels de prévision - S'assurer que les logiciels actuels reçoivent les mises à jour requises et soutenir la gestion du changement pour la future plateforme logicielle.
  • Assurer le suivi et la supervision des améliorations de processus - S'assurer qu'un système de turnback approprié est en place et que les processus sont documentés et mis à jour en fonction des améliorations apportées


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avec un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, ou 5 ans d'expérience avec une maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent
  • Maîtrise des concepts relatifs aux aspects commerciaux et techniques de la planification de la maintenance dans l'industrie aérospatiale ou un secteur similaire.
  • Curiosité et aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et pensée analytique
  • Aptitude pour travailler avec des modèles très détaillés.
  • Autonomie et volonté d'apprendre et de progresser
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Manager, Engine Forecast Analyst

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Work in collaboration with a diverse team composed of customer managers, financial analysts, and engine technical experts.
  • Use specialized software to generate maintenance planning simulations for engine fleets.
  • Learn about our range of engines and their specific maintenance strategies.
  • Work with industry experts to validate the results of your modelling activities.
  • Take part in daily meetings with colleagues to understand requirements and refine needs.
  • Handle the management of input data and the modelling details in the simulation tools.
  • Contribute to problem-solving in order to optimize model results for maintenance planning.
  • Support the development of forecasting software - Ensure current software is receiving updates as required and support the change management for our future software platform.
  • Monitor and oversee process improvements - Ensure proper turnback system is in place and that processes are documented and updated with improvements.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiar with concepts of commercial and technical elements of maintenance planning in aerospace or similar industry
  • Curious nature, with an aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • An aptitude for working with highly detailed computer models
  • Self-starter that looks for opportunities to learn and grow
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, however it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with clients, suppliers or international colleagues.
