Hiring Range: Salary Range: $90,934/yr. to $125,489/yr.

Job Duties

To direct and develop the clinical and administrative operations of Geriatric Services (Ward E - Intermediate Care and Ward F - Acute Treatment) according to certification/ accreditation guidelines. All services are provided according to the needs and preferences of adult geriatric individuals, taking into account age and diagnoses-specific issues. This position is also responsible for coordinating the performance improvement services of the Program.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field required.
* Supervisory experience required.
* Experience administering aspects of a long-range behavioral healthcare program required.
* Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator by Virginia Department of Health Professions
required.

Additional Considerations

* Strongly prefer advanced or master's degree in behavioral health field.
* Strongly prefer experience administrating or supervising inpatient mental health program
or major component of program.
