What You'll Do:- Develop and manage geotechnical program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple geotechnical projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align and integrate project activities.
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks and technical challenges.
- Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company QA/QC protocols, policies, and industry standards.
- Facilitate program meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage program resources including staff, budgets, and field/lab operations.
- Conduct program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead geotechnical investigations, engineering analysis, and client-facing technical solutions.
- Drive business development, including client relationships and pursuit support.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering (graduate degree preferred).
- 15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and diverse technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
- US citizenship or permanent residency.
Salary Range:The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
