Description
Venture Forthe Home Care Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Administrator to lead operations for our Georgia Personal Home Care Provider (PHCP) office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals to live safely and independently in their homes and communities.
What You Will Do: • Provide leadership and oversight for all agency operations and personnel
• Ensure compliance with Georgia PHCP regulations and Department of Community Health (DCH) standards
• Support and mentor clinical and administrative staff
• Oversee quality assurance, client satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate audits, surveys, and regulatory readiness activities
• Ensure safe, ethical, and effective delivery of home care services
• Collaborate with corporate departments regarding budgeting, payroll, and operational support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
Required Qualifications: - Current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Home care experience
- Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Georgia PHCP regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications: - BSN preferred
- Experience with home infusion therapy services preferred
- Experience with EVV and electronic health record systems
- Strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Salary Description
$85,000 - $100,000
