Your Challenge ...

Can you be a creative and independent domain specialist?

Become a member of our Customer Outcome team as an Associate Consultants for our Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo 4 months of training that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects. After completing the Genesis Program, you will begin working closely with customers to provide software solutions to help them realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin. Helping our customers blur the boundaries between industry domains by integrating the virtual and physical, hardware and software, design, and manufacturing worlds.

Who we are looking for ...

Siemens will train you in our products, methodologies, and solutions. These positions will be in our Americas Services Delivery Team in our Practice groups which include Requirements, Product Lifecycle Management, Design and Simulation (Mech/Electrical), Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, System Architecture, and Migrations/Integrations. We also align to trends (such as creating CI/CD continuous integration/continuous delivery) that streamline deployment automation in the cloud and on premise. This training will provide you the capability to enable our customers to realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin.

We need you to already have:

  • Graduated collage with a degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science, etc.
  • University graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Ability for travel and possible relocation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Services Candidates will be required to reside in Mason, OH from June to October 2027 for their Genesis Training program.

Services Candidates will require to be relocated in one of our key office locations for the first two years after graduating from the Genesis Training Program. Locations include:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Detroit, MI

The pay range for this position is 89,000 - 94,000 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
