Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Generator Team Manager to oversee our team of technicians and ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in generator systems, and a passion for driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Generator Technicians, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and mentoring to ensure high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

- Plan and coordinate daily work assignments, projects, and service calls to optimize team efficiency and meet client expectations.

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of diesel and gas-powered generators according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide technical guidance as needed.

- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for new installations and major service contracts.

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, equipment inventory, and client communications.

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as service response times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
