- Active Arizona license or eligible to obtain
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- 3 years' experience required
Practice Details- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Practice Composition: 3-physician General Surgery practice with dedicated Medical Assistant support
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Practice Scope: Full spectrum General Surgery practice
- Required Skills: Endoscopy skillset required
- Annual Surgical Volumes:
- Approximately 150 general surgery cases
- Approximately 350 endoscopy cases (mainly lower endoscopy/colonoscopies)
- Call Schedule: 10 days per month required
