Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager overseeing all dealership operations, preferably in luxury sales.
• Proven track record in building, training, and managing high-performing sales teams with excellent customer satisfaction scores.
• Demonstrated ability to drive showroom and online traffic effectively.
• Strong expertise in managing used car operations and performance metrics.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing to boost sales initiatives.
• Skilled in enhancing F&I income through training and mentorship of desk managers.
• Currently active in a similar role is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team on effective closing techniques and profitability strategies.
• Oversee showroom activities while ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by utilizing metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Recruit, motivate, and assess performance of sales staff across various departments.
• Facilitate daily and weekly training sessions for sales personnel.
• Guide both new and experienced sales representatives on performance improvement tactics.
• Implement and manage a CRM system to optimize follow-up processes with potential buyers.
• Ensure proper delivery procedures are followed and include personal interactions with customers during delivery.
• Set and achieve sales forecasts and key performance indicators for dealership and OEM sales.
