Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and partners.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical standards.
- Oversee inventory management and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales potential.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to the sales department.
Requirements- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role in automotive sales.
