Experience Required
2+ years of experience working as a primary care provider is preferred.
Experience Required:
- MD or DO Degree Required
- Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Family Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Texas
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine within 5 years of completing training
- Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
- Basic Life Support certification is required
