DescriptionOur cardiovascular program includes
general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, advanced imaging cardiologists, and advanced practice providers, creating a collaborative environment for comprehensive cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation and management of a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
- Diagnose and manage coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, valvular disease, and other cardiovascular disorders.
- Perform and interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, stress testing, and other non-invasive cardiac studies.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and prevention plans.
- Provide cardiovascular consultation, pre-operative risk assessment, and appropriate post-operative management.
- Collaborate with primary care, hospitalists, emergency medicine, surgeons, nurses, APPs, and other specialists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and cardiovascular program development.
- Educate patients and families regarding cardiovascular health, prevention, and disease management.
- Participate in teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and APPs.

Qualifications- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
- Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Two years of cardiovascular experience preferred; exceptionally trained new graduates will be considered.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
