Responsibilities • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them • Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities • Generate a budget that ensures guest satisfaction and quality of services while also keeping costs balanced and profit margins maximized • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success • Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality Qualifications • You must have 5 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
