Run the business. Build the market. Lead the team.

You'll lead sales, operations, team development, and financial performance for our Kansas City location. It's part builder, part operator, and part relationship leader.

Think of it as being the local CEO of your market-without the ego.

What you'll own:
  • Grow the business - Build relationships, win customers, and get trailers on rent
  • Run operations - Make sure our equipment is ready, safe, and meeting demand
  • Drive performance - Use metrics and your instincts to keep things moving
  • Lead the team - Hire, coach, and develop people who show up and get it done
  • Own the numbers - Budgeting, pricing, utilization, collections-it's your P&L
  • Solve problems fast - When something breaks (and it will), you figure it out
  • Stay close to customers - You'll know your market, your accounts, and your opportunities

This isn't a "sit back and manage" role. It's a "roll up your sleeves and go" role.

What success looks like:
  • Trailers are moving, customers are growing, and utilization is up
  • Your team knows the expectations-and delivers
  • You've built a reputation in the KC market as someone who gets things done
