About the Role

KineticWireless is apremium, authorized dealer for Rogers Communications in British Columbia, withover 20 years in the telecom industry and a Rogers partnership since 1999.We are seekinga hands-on General Manager, Wireless Retail Sales & Operations to lead ourwireless retail store network across British Columbia, including the LowerMainland and Vancouver Island.

This is asenior field leadership role responsible for driving sales performance,improving store execution, strengthening district and store leadership, andensuring our teams operate with strong accountability, customer experience,compliance, and operational discipline.

The successfulcandidate will work closely with District Managers, Store Managers, AssistantManagers, and frontline sales teams across our Rogers, Fido, and Chatr brandedretail locations. This role is not suited for someone who wants to manage onlyfrom an office. We are looking for someone who is visible in the stores, activewith the teams, close to the numbers, and directly involved in improvingperformance day to day.

The idealcandidate has experience leading multi-location wireless retail, telecomretail, or another sales-driven retail environment. They understand how todrive activations, improve customer experience, coach managers, managecompliance risk, reduce fraud and abuse, and create consistency across multiplelocations.

This role isbest suited for someone who is practical, energetic, sales-focused,operationally strong, and comfortable getting into the details.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead wireless retail sales andoperations across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island
• Work closely with DistrictManagers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and frontline teams to drivedaily execution
• Improve sales performanceacross activations, upgrades, accessories, customer retention, and other keyretail metrics
• Ensure stores are operatingwith strong standards around customer experience, sales process, merchandising,staffing, cleanliness, and brand presentation
• Spend regular time in stores toobserve execution, coach leaders, identify gaps, and reinforce companyexpectations
• Review KPIs, sales trends,staffing metrics, customer experience results, compliance issues, andoperational reporting
• Hold managers accountable forsales performance, team leadership, customer experience, compliance, and storestandards
• Strengthen recruiting,onboarding, coaching, employee engagement, retention, and leadershipdevelopment across the retail network
• Support performance management,employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair andprofessional manner
• Ensure stores follow Rogers,Fido, Chatr, and company standards, including promotional accuracy, customerdisclosures, privacy requirements, and ethical selling practices
• Stay on top of complianceconcerns, fraud risks, sales abuse, policy violations, and operational gaps
• Partner with Finance, HR,Training, Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve businessperformance
• Support product launches,promotional campaigns, new programs, and peak sales periods
• Build a stronger leadershipbench across District Managers, Store Managers, and Assistant Managers
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of senior leadershipexperience in wireless retail, telecom retail, multi-location retail, oranother sales-driven retail environment
• Proven experience leading teamsacross multiple store locations
• Experience working withDistrict Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, or regional retail teams
• Strong understanding of retailsales operations, customer experience, workforce management, compliance, andperformance management
• Comfortable being in storesregularly and leading from the field, not just from reports or meetings

Work Environment and Travel

The successfulcandidate must be comfortable balancing office-based leadership, field visits,store coaching, district management support, stakeholder meetings, and hands-onoperational follow-up.
Compensation

Base salary range: $135,000 to $165,000 per year

This role alsoincludes eligibility for performance bonuses and a car allowance.

The finalcompensation package will depend on experience, leadership capability, wirelessretail background, operational strength, and overall fit for the role.
