The General Manager (GM) is responsible for driving the overall success of the dispensary, inspiring the team to achieve operational excellence while upholding the company's mission, vision, and values. This role oversees every aspect of store performance, including profitability, financial outcomes, and adapting to evolving business trends. This role requires availability to include nights, weekends and holidays.

The GM plays a key role in building and leading a high-performing team through attracting, onboarding, and developing top talent. By fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement, this position ensures the dispensary delivers both strong results and an exceptional customer experience.

Flexibility is required, as this position includes nights, weekends, and varying shifts to meet the needs of the business.

Most importantly, the GM represents and reinforces the company's culture and brand image while empowering the team to thrive and succeed.

What You'll Do:
  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain/submit reporting as required
  • Be open to occasional travel (10% - 25%) to support company initiatives or training needs.
