What You'll Own as a Restaurant General Manager- Full restaurant operations - every shift, every guest, every standard
- Team leadership: hiring, training, coaching, and developing your ARM and staff
- P&L ownership: sales, labor, food cost, and hitting your financial targets
- Guest experience and complaint resolution - the buck stops with you
- Food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards - no exceptions
- Scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day operational execution
- Reporting to your Regional Manager and staying aligned with company direction
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years as a General Manager or senior AGM in fast casual or QSR
- Proven track record running a profitable, high-volume location
- A leader who develops people - your ARM should be your next GM
- Financially literate - you know what the numbers mean and how to move them
- Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told
- 21+ years old, full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
