Your Mission & Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within your assigned region.
- Lead and mentor plant managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient, on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Use data and technology to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
- Manage regional P&L, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete.
What Sets You Apart- 7+ years of experience in ready-mix, construction, or project management roles.
- Proven leadership and operational management background, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance best practices.
