What You Bring- 8-15+ years in construction leadership (commercial or industrial, -- your call, as long as you've built metal buildings)
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering results
- The ability to lead from the front and the back-strategic when needed, boots-on-the-ground when it matters
- Strong financial instincts and the ability to read a job's health instantly
- A reputation for being the person who gets things back on track - and keeps them there
