A high-energy rooftop destination is coming to Charlotte.
Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, a cocktail-forward bar program, and a 120-seat indoor/outdoor space designed to transport guests. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something from scratch and leave your mark on every detail.
GENERAL MANAGER
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year + bonus opportunity
Reports to: Ownership Group
Start Date: June or July 2026 (pre-opening begins immediately)
What You'll Own
- Lead the full restaurant opening from pre-opening through launch and beyond
- Hire, train, and develop the entire FOH and BOH leadership team
- Establish service standards, culture, and operational systems
- Oversee a $3-4M+ revenue business across dinner, brunch, and events
- Manage a unique kitchen model (prep kitchen downstairs, rooftop finishing line)
- Own full P&L: labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability
- Drive a beverage-forward program with strong bar performance
- Lead daily operations, including scheduling, service execution, and guest experience
- Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and hospitality
- Maintain strong partnership across all operational stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume environments
- Prior new restaurant opening experience (required)
- Full P&L ownership experience
- Proven ability to build and lead teams from the ground up
- Strong understanding of bar-driven revenue models
- Ability to operate effectively in non-traditional kitchen environments
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style
