What You'll Do- Take ownership of your theatre's performance, keeping an eye on sales, expenses, and making sure operations run in a way that supports the business
- Make sure everything runs the right way by following company policies, handling cash properly, and staying on top of safety and compliance standards
- Keep daily operations on track, from scheduling and reporting to making sure everything runs smoothly each day
- Build and lead a strong team by hiring, training, coaching, and supporting employees while managing performance and employee relations
- Create a great guest experience by setting the tone for service, stepping in to resolve concerns, and making sure the theatre always looks and feels its best
- Oversee the theatre environment making sure it's clean, well maintained, fully stocked, and operating efficiently behind the scenes
- Monitor financial and operational results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive profitability
- Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and cost control across concessions and supplies
- Maintain and oversee theatre systems and equipment, including projection and audio-visual functionality
- Lead by example on the floor, supporting your team during peak times and ensuring a smooth, efficient operation
About you - 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, or a post-secondary degree in Business or a related field
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team while driving results
- Strong understanding of day-to-day operations and basic financial management
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with theatre systems and technology is a plus
- Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
