The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and strategic direction of the lawn care and chemical services branch >$7M.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, horticulture, or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in business management or industry-related areas) is a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or chemical services industry, with at least 5 years in management.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing complex operations.
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic business planning.
  • Obtaining and maintaining applicator license(s) by applicable state(s) is required.
