Job Description
As a General Manager you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
Depending on the client, services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client's business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $120,000.00 to $120,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
• Ensure seamless execution of guest services in a dynamic environment with extreme weather, seasonal fluctuations, and high visitation.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader ensuring alignment with client priorities, contract requirements, and community expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including City of Colorado Springs, tourism partners, and mountain operations teams.
• Build, develop, and lead a diverse management team capable of operating in a remote, high altitude environment.
• Champion a culture of safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and financial controls for all Pikes Peak operations.
• Interpret and execute concession contract requirements, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Ensures compliance with Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Aramark's Business Conduct Policy at all times.

Qualifications
In order to be prepared for this leadership role, qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Facilities, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or multi unit operations; mountain or remote site experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead through managers and large seasonal teams.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi million dollar budgets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast changing, weather impacted environment.
• Experience with product sales strategies, retail optimization, and operational program implementation.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Ability to work at 14,115 feet elevation, including extended periods of walking, standing, and exposure to extreme weather.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
