As the General Manager of Land, you will be the senior leader of a team of Land department employees, maintain developer relationships, and actively negotiate large land deals.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage and direct a team of Land Managers and Supervisors capable of meeting NVR's unit sales and profit objectives
- Cultivate new developer relationships and maintain existing relationships
- Review contracts from direct reports with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance
- Actively negotiate and structure large and complex deals in the core market area
Qualifications- At least 5 years of demonstrated land acquisition leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective team manager
- Skilled in land deal structuring
- Finance and Accounting background preferred
- Excel proficiency

This position pays $115,000 - $130,000 per year and may also be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance criteria. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
