this is the role you've been looking for.Key Responsibilities- Oversee all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
- Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability
- Build and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly/annual forecasts
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold department leaders accountable
- Maintain best-in-class customer service and CSI performance
- Monitor KPIs and financial reports daily, adjusting strategy as needed
- Collaborate on marketing and advertising strategy to grow brand reach
- Lead by example-be a visible, engaged leader in all store activities
- Work directly with the Corporate team to align operations with growth strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile- Successful track record of achieving dealership performance goals
- 3-5+ years in dealership leadership roles (GM, GSM, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of both variable and fixed operations
- High standards for accountability, culture, and execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and process-oriented
- Experience preferred with the following software:
Tekion DMS, Vauto, LotWalk, NUMA, DriveCentric, KDealer, GM GlobalConnect, Google Sheets
