Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:
  • Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and drive revenue.
  • Utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment.
  • Leverage distribution channels and technology to enhance market share and revenue.
  • Oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives, ensuring the property maintains its competitive position.

Team Development & Leadership:
  • Develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors.
  • Implement and monitor succession planning to ensure strong future leadership.
  • Set performance goals, provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee salary decisions, disciplinary actions, and HR-related processes in compliance with company policies.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate Maya Hotels' core values.

Guest Experience:
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, hallmarks, and license agreements.
  • Drive improvement in guest satisfaction scores, ensuring services exceed guest expectations.

Operational Excellence & Responsible Business Practices:
