We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee operations, lead staff, and drive excellence across multiple accounts and events.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership while ensuring seamless execution across all accounts and events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all operational activities including planning, staffing, scheduling, execution, and profitability
  • Drive operational excellence and implement strategies that improve efficiency, execution, and client value
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and service reviews
  • Ensure successful execution of contracts including labor management, subcontractor oversight, invoicing, budgeting, and collections
  • Analyze estimated versus actual operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational team members and supervisors
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, communication, customer service, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate operational goals clearly across teams and maintain accurate operational reporting
  • Identify new opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and support business growth
  • Travel up to 25% as needed to support operations and client accounts
  • Support additional operational initiatives and special projects as assigned

Physical Requirements
