This position addresses the challenge of optimizing high-traffic digital sales funnels to maximize conversion rates, top-line digital revenue, and profit margins. Success requires resolving digital friction through web experimentation, user segmentation, and data-driven merchandising. The role manages a dedicated team of digital professionals and collaborates with cross-functional partners to align digital experiences with corporate financial and strategic objectives.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Lead the digital storefront strategy for Sling.com and Dish.com to optimize product presentation, pricing visibility, and purchase paths
- Drive top-line digital revenue and expand profit margins by aligning digital storefront initiatives with department OKRs
- Implement advanced user segmentation and behavioral targeting to increase average order value and tailor customer journeys
- Establish a robust multivariate and A/B testing framework to continuously reduce funnel friction and improve conversion rate optimization metrics
- Integrate AI-driven personalization and automation tools to scale web experimentation and predictive customer targeting
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of digital merchandising and optimization specialists to execute the commerce strategy
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):- Critical experience leading eCommerce strategy, digital merchandising, or digital direct-to-consumer channels in enterprise environments.
- Strong skills in web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing platforms to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Expertise in AI application to automate digital personalization, optimize search algorithms, and analyze user behavior patterns.
- Deep knowledge of user segmentation, behavioral targeting, and financial performance metrics like customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and IT departments.
- Proven leadership in decision-making, mentoring, and managing high-performing digital teams.
Minimum Requirements - Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in eCommerce leadership
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Web analytics tools
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing platforms
- Personalization engines and storefront management systems
