Who You Are:- An experienced General Manager with at least 3 years managing multi-unit operations in food service environments.
- A passionate leader skilled in managing diverse teams of over 20 employees, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Adept at maintaining strong client relationships, communicating effectively at all levels, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Proven experience in budget management, operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards in food safety and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:- Accredited Culinary Institution or Hospitality program graduate
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Experience managing within unionized environments
- This role requires a valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as operating a company vehicle is an essential responsibility in this position.
Physical Demands & Work Environment- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.

- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

The annual salary range for this position is $115000 - $121000 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
