- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a leader of a large organization
- Demonstrated profitable commercial growth preferably in Superalloys and/or Aerospace/IGT/Automotive markets
- Strong Background in engineering and operational leadership
- P&L responsibility of a similar sized business; with comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply budgeting processes and financial management tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic plan to meet key business objectives/metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost
- Management of large teams of diverse site functions whether under direct leadership or matrix managed
- Demonstrated experience in creating a Continuous Improvement culture of Operational Excellence
