Responsibilities- Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and high-quality service delivery
- Promote and maintain operational excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal, city, county, commercial, and residential clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Support sales initiatives, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Represent the company at industry and community events to enhance visibility and reputation
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategic improvements
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a positive and accountable company culture
- Conduct coaching, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Support safety initiatives and ongoing operational training for all staff
Qualifications- 5+ years of senior leadership or general management experience
- Background in tree care, arboriculture, landscaping, or a related green industry required
- Experience working with municipalities, cities, counties, or government contracts preferred
- Proven success in leading operations, business development, and financial performance
- Working knowledge of Spanish strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations, operational compliance, and industry best practices
- ISA Certified Arborist certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel as needed
